"Looked up the Peoria store and checked the on line inventory to try to verify if the size tire I needed would be in stock and if it would be in a price range that I could afford and as with most things don’t completely trust the computer went to the store in person and after some difficulty In finding the store(directions were as clear as mud) went into the store and was greeted with friendly courteous staff looked at the tire inventory and didn’t see the tire I had been lead to believe was in stock at the store questioned why when I had looked up the inventory at that particular store via the web site i Was informed that just because it shows there to be a specific tire in inventory doesn’t mean that location actually has the tire I’m question due to the inventory being a cumulative number between all stores and their inventory so I purchased the only tire in the rack that was the correct size for my application Also purchased the warranty on that tire the staff was wonderful to interact with
The only down side to my experience was two fold difficulty in finding the location (could use a larger more visible signage) and not having what the computerized inventory had showed that that store had in stock
I would say that if your looking up parts on that particular location that it should reflect what that store actually has on premises otherwise it was a pleasant experience for me"
